- DTC requirement of AmberAshab is 06-08 kg
- Minimum quantity per supplier to be eligible for participation in tendering process is ONE kg.
- Interested supplier is required to sent an intimation to the General Manager at least 03 days before the Tender Opening Date in the Proforma as attached regarding participation in the bid via E-Mail i.e. info@amudawakhana.co.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Goods are required to be dispatched F.O.R. Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
- Quotation will be sent in the name of General Manager, Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
- Dawakhana reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason.
- Payment shall be made against the bill through NEFT / RTGS.
- In case goods are not according to specification, the cost or returning the same shall be borne by the supplier.
- The goods will have to be supplied within the time period mentioned in order.
- The quotation containing over writing/cutting are likely to be rejected.
- The firm should mention GSTIN No.
- The discount / rebate may be quoted.
