Dear Sir,
Sealed rate quotations for the Raw Drugs with samples are invited for the following items attached in Annexure ‘A’ on the terms & condition as noted below.

Sealed rate quotations should reach on or before upto 11.00 am on 11.02.2026
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Goods are required to be dispatched F.O.R. Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
- Quotation will be sent in the name of General Manager, Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
- Supplier must submit their undertaken in the attached format.
- Sealed Technical envelope contains only the samples of raw drugs and tender for financial bid have to be sealed in a separate envelope enclosing the rates duly signed by the supplier.
- Final Approved rates will be valid upto 06 MONTHS.
- Awarded party will not be allowed to increase the rate for the stipulated time period.
- Order will be placed in a split manner as per the demand raised by the Production Dept.
- Dawakhana reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason.
- In case goods are not according to the specification, the cost of purchase or return the same shall be borne by the supplier.
- The goods will have to be supplied within the time period mentioned in order.
- The quotation containing over writing/cutting are likely to be rejected.
- The firm should mention valid GSTIN No.
- The discount / rebate may be quoted.
- Payment shall be made against the bill through NEFT / RTGS.
