1. 1. Goods are required to be dispatched to F.O.R. Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.

1. 1. The quotation will be sent in the name of the General Manager, Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.

1. 1. Dawakhana has the right to accept the rates of some or all the articles required.

1. 1. Dawakhana reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason.

1. 1. Payment shall be made against the bill through NEFT / RTGS.

1. 1. In case goods are not according to specification, the cost of returning the same shall be borne by the supplier.

1. 1. The goods will have to be supplied within the time period mentioned in the order.

1. 1. The quotation containing overwriting/cutting is likely to be rejected.

1. 1. The firm should mention GSTIN No.

1. 1. The discount/rebate may be quoted.
