Sealed quotations are invited with the samples for the following items on the terms & conditions as noted below.

The quotation should reach on or before 01.01.2024, 03.00 pm.

Required Item: SUGAR M-31, QTY – 600 QUINTAL

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Goods are required to be dispatched to F.O.R. Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
2. The quotation will be sent in the name of the General Manager, Dawakhana Tibbiya College, A.M.U., Aligarh.
3. Dawakhana has the right to accept the rates of some or all the articles required.
4. Payment shall be made against the bill through NEFT / RTGS.
5. In case goods are not according to specification, the cost of returning the same shall be borne by the supplier.
6. The goods will have to be supplied within the time period mentioned in the order.
7. The quotation containing overwriting/cutting is likely to be rejected.
8. The firm should mention GSTIN No.
9. The discount/rebate may be quoted.
